Our Story

MeadowBrook has been part of golf in northern New York for over 60 years. The course has been owned and operated by the Locke family every year. Four generations of Lockes have taken pride in providing the public with an affordable and beautifully maintained course. 

The course is a challenging 9-hole layout with rolling terrain, bunkers filled with Vermont white sand, and its trademark fast and undulating greens where a 5-foot straight putt is rare. Four sets of tees are found to accommodate players of all abilities.

If you're not making any birdies, then there is an abundance of wildlife to enjoy. Real "birds" like blue and green herons, ducks, tanagers, and finches are common. Deer, foxes, gophers, and turtles are also a common sight.

MeadowBrook annually has 200-225 members. Privately owned cart spaces may be rented annually. Personal rental carts may also be rented on an annual basis. Please call for additional details.

MeadowBrook also features a 6,000 square foot grass range tee to practice your game. Additionally, our uniquely shaped practice green offers a great surface to improve your putting skills.
